Satisfaction Guarantee & Return

The satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will exchange it or issue a full money refund if the product is returned within 60 days of receipt. Please note, we cannot accept putters damaged due to irregular use.

You may return and send your purchase back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

• Your name and billing address
• The name, address and ZIP/ Postal code of the person who placed the order
• The original purchase price and date of the purchase
• Please be certain to insure the package
